NOTICIAS/ NEWS INTERNACIONAL published APRIL 16, 2010 Clifford Chance boosts its Russian cross-border litigation and arbitration practice Clifford Chance has today announced that Nick Munday, London head of litigation and dispute resolution, who has been working in Moscow for the last three months is to relocate to the Moscow office as part of the Firm's plans to further develop its cross border litigation and arbitration practice in Russia. Nick, who has been working closely with the Moscow office for a number of years, will be responsible for leading teams of lawyers in London and Moscow handling domestic and international matters for clients from around the global Clifford Chance network doing business in Russia. Nick Munday said: " Developing our cross border litigation and arbitration practice in Moscow is a key strategic objective for the Firm and I am very excited to be based here to head up this initiative. We already have a leading domestic practice and I look forward to working with team here to build our capabilities and deliver a first class global litigation/arbitration service to all our clients doing business in Russia." Global Head of L&DR, Jeremy Sandelson, said: "Increasingly clients in Moscow want us to have a team of London international arbitration specialists and litigators based in Russia who can run major litigation and arbitration cases. Nick has a huge amount of experience representing clients in major litigation and arbitration and his relocation will further strengthen our leading practice in this region."
