DLA Piper further extends its litigation expertise with Dr. Wolfgang Jäger

International legal practice, DLA Piper has strengthened its litigation expertise with the appointment of civil litigation expert, Dr Wolfgang Jäger. The 45-year-old partner joined DLA Piper from the Frankfurt office of Clifford Chance. Dr Wolfgang Jäger has many years of experience in the fields product liability and post M&A arbitration and specialises in tort, arrest and enforcement procedures in complex fraud and corruption cases. At DLA Piper Wolfgang will work closely with Professor Dr Jürgen Taschke, who also joined DLA Piper from Clifford Chance in September 2009 and whose practice includes commercial criminal law. Dr Ulrich Jüngst, Managing Partner of DLA Piper in Germany, said: "We are delighted to have gained such an experienced litigator in Dr Wolfgang Jäger.
