Freshfields announces new counsel appointments

International International law firm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer has today announced the appointment of six new counsels, effective 1 November 2009. The appointments are in addition to ten appointments announced earlier this year. Ted Burke, Freshfields’ chief executive, commented: ‘We are happy to announce these appointments. Our new counsels are outstanding lawyers and demonstrate the breadth of legal expertise across our practices and offices.’ The new counsels are: Antitrust, Competition and Trade: Alexander Viktorov (Moscow) Dispute Resolution: Antje Baumann (Hamburg) Lynn Dunne (London) Employment, Pensions and Benefits: Luca Capone (Milan) Finance: Daniela Terno (Milan) Attila Csongrady (Vienna)
