Bryan Cave announces new leadership roles for three attorneys

International law firm Bryan Cave LLP announced today the elevation of three of its attorneys to new firm and client service leadership roles.
Partners Kenneth Henderson of Bryan Cave’s New York office and Broderick Johnson of the Washington, D.C. office have joined the firm’s Executive Committee. Bryan Cave’s Executive Committee provides oversight of the firm’s strategic direction and its principal policies.
D.C. Partner Kevin Wolf has been named deputy leader of the firm’s International Trade Group. The International Trade Group comprises more than 80 legal professionals in offices around the world who offer legal advice on a full range of subjects for corporate clients engaged in multinational business.
Henderson’s corporate and securities transaction experience is focused on mergers and acquisitions, public and private financings, and domestic and international joint ventures. He also provides day-to-day corporate, securities, governance and business law advice to publicly held and privately owned business clients in the United States and abroad. His clients are primarily in the financial services, technology, and services industries.
Johnson leads Bryan Cave’s Public Policy & Government Affairs Practice Group and serves as a member of its Sustainable Energy and Climate Change Team. He has served as Deputy Assistant to the President for Legislative Affairs in the Clinton White House, and as chief counsel for several committees in the House of Representatives. Johnson has also been both a formal and informal advisor to Democratic presidential candidates. As a private-sector lobbyist, he was vice president for congressional affairs at AT&T and BellSouth corporations.
Wolf’s practice covers most aspects of international trade, but focuses on the International Traffic in Arms Regulations, the Export Administration Regulations, sanctions administered by the Office of Foreign Assets Control, and the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act. With respect to these areas of law, he is a nationally recognized expert in providing corporate compliance counseling and training, defending companies and individuals against criminal and civil enforcement actions, conducting internal investigations and audits, preparing commodity jurisdiction, commodity classification, advisory opinion requests, and voluntary disclosures, as well as providing policy and strategic planning advice.
