CMS Hasche Sigle strengthens real estate practice in Frankfurt

CMS Hasche Sigle is reinforcing its Real Estate practice team. Real estate expert Heinrich Schirmer joins the Frankfurt team as an equity partner in November, where he will work alongside partners Dr Dirk Rodewoldt and Dr Stefan Voß. Widely respected for his deep knowledge of the Frankfurt property market and extensive international experience, Schirmer is moving from Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, where he has been since 2002, most recently as Principal Associate. Heinrich Schirmer's focus is on the core areas of real estate law and property financing via the capital markets. In recent years he has played a key role in major real estate transactions. With his experience in the healthcare industry, Schirmer also reinforces the CMS Health Care and Care Home Properties Sector Group. "The personal approach that typifies CMS Hasche Sigle and the high level of professional qualifications in real estate law were the main factors in my decision," explained Heinrich Schirmer. "I'm looking forward to this new challenge. It represents a natural progression from my previous work and an exceptional business opportunity."
