Warnock

join
as a

partner
in
the
construction

infrastructure
team.
Donald
joins
from
Eversheds
where
he
is a
partnerin
the
London
construction
and
engineering
group.
Donald
specialises
in
both
contentious
and
non
contentious
construction
law
with
a
focus
on
transport
infrastructure.
His
recent
experience
includes
a
secondment
as
General
Counsel
to
Tube
Lines
Limited.
At
Tube
Lines
Ltd
he
advised
on
the
upgrade
and
maintenance
for
the
Jubilee,
Northern
and
Piccadilly
lines.
His
work
at
Tube
Lines
Ltd
included
advising
on
all
aspects
of
capital
and
operational
expenditure
programmes,
track
replacement/improvement,
station
refurbishment;
signaling
installation
and
procurement
of
rolling
stock.
Donald
has
also
been
involved
with
advising
on
the
construction
of
new
Heathrow
East
Terminal,
advising
Chiltern
Rail
and
Highways
Agency
on a
number
of
framework
contracts
and
line
upgrades
and
advising
InSpace.
