Oxana
Peters,
counsel,
is a
seasoned
litigator
who
has
been
involved
in a
wide
range
of
litigation
matters
in
Russia.
She
has
represented
Russian
and
international
clients
–
including
REWE/BILLA,
CLAAS,
and
Jungheinrich
– in
courts
and
in
arbitration
forums
on
commercial,
tax,
construction,
product
liability,
and
debt
recovery
matters,
and
has
defended
clients
in
courts
against
corporate
raiders.
She
also
has
represented
Russian
and
international
companies
in
the
recognition
and
enforcement
of
foreign
court
judgments
and
arbitral
awards
in
Russia.
Oxana
was
previously
counsel
at
Salans
in
Moscow,
and
prior
to
that,
head
of
the
dispute
resolution
practice
at
the
Moscow
office
of
German
law
firm
Noerr
Stiefenhofer
Lutz.
Oxana
graduated
from
the
Law
College
of
Moscow
State
University
in
1999,
and
received
a
master's
degree
in
private
law
from
the
Scientific
Development
Center
of
Private
Law
under
the
President
of
the
Russian
Federation,
Russian
School
of
Private
Law,
in
2002.
She
was
admitted
as
an
advocate
in
Russia
in
2002
and
is a
regular
lecturer
at
the
Russian
Research
Centre
of
Private
Law.
Oxana
is
fluent
in
German
and
English,
in
addition
to
her
native
Russian
language.
Olga
Watson,
associate,
advises
on
mergers
and
acquisitions,
private
equity
and
joint
venture
transactions
in
Russia
and
the
CIS.
Olga
has
represented
leading
companies
–
including
Daimler,
Boeing,
PepsiCo
and
Kinross
Gold
– in
the
mining,
automotive,
telecommunications,
consumer
products,
banking
and
other
industries
on a
range
of
cross-border
transactions.
She
also
has
experience
as a
litigator.
Olga
joins

London
office

Parke,
and
will
divide
her
time
between
Dechert's
Moscow
and
London
offices.
She
graduated
from
Lomonosov
Moscow
State
University
Faculty
of
Law,
summa
cum
laude,
in
1999,
and
holds
a
Graduate
Diploma
in
Law
(2009)
from
the
BPP
School
of
Law
(London,
UK).
Olga
is
fluent
in
English,
in
addition
to
her
native
Russian
language.
Timur
Djabbarov,
associate,
specializes
in
commercial
litigation,
intellectual
property,
real
estate,
debt
recovery,
and
product
liability
matters.
He
also
has
represented
clients
on
bankruptcy
and
criminal
matters.
Timur
was
previously
an
associate
at
Salans,
and
prior
to
that,
an
associate
at
Noerr
Stiefenhofer
Lutz.
Timur
graduated
with
a
specialist
degree
in
international
trade
law
from
the
Moscow
State
Institute
of
International
Relations
of
the
Ministry
of
Foreign
Affairs
of
Russia
in
2004.
He
is
fluent
in
German
and
English,
in
addition
to
his
native
Russian
language.
Yuri
Makhonin,
associate,
advises
on
commercial,
real
estate,
construction,
corporate,
debt
recovery
and
administrative
disputes.
Yuri
also
has
broad
experience
in
advising
Russian
and
international
clients
on
real
estate,
development
and
construction
projects
in
Russia,
as
well
as
in
providing
legal
support
on
M&A
transactions.
Yuri
was
previously
an
associate

to

Yuri

magna
cum
laude,
from
the
Moscow
State
Linguistics
University
