Norton Rose v.o.s., advokátní kancelá has announced that Pavlína Beránková has joined the Prague office as a senior associate in the banking team. Pavlína joins from Nörr Stiefenhofer Lutz. Pavlína focuses on project finance, business restructuring and litigation. Before joining Norton Rose she gained experience as a senior lawyer with German law firms Gleiss Lutz and Nörr Stiefenhofer Lutz where she was a member of their real estate and public law groups. She has worked on projects with domestic and international banks, international construction companies and funds as well as chain retail stores. Pavlína is cited in the Legal 500 EMEA 2007 and 2008 editions as a key fee-earner at Nörr Stiefenhofer Lutz advising on Czech aspects of M&A and financing transactions. Pavlína is a graduate from the Charles' University in Prague and from the University of Western Bohemia in Pilsen where she obtained a degree in business management. She gained her masters in law at the University of New South Wales in Sydney (Australia). Milana Chamberlain, Norton Rose v.o.s.
