International legal practice Norton Rose LLP today announced that London-based banking partner, Caroline Hurley, will join the Moscow office. Caroline is relocating to lead the English law banking practice in Russia. She is a specialist in international financing transactions, with an emphasis on structured trade and commodity finance. With particular expertise in the energy sector, her experience includes oil and gas concession documentation, production sharing agreements, association contracts and related payment protocols. Caroline Hurley, partner, Norton Rose LLP commented: “I think my particular banking and energy mix of experience will be put to good use in the current economic climate and I am confident will complement the existing capabilities in the Moscow office. We have some excellent partners in Moscow, with a wide range of contacts in the Russian banks and businesses.
